Highlights

1. Kaizen. Improve Every Day:
   Circle Y team met to plan for its layout Kaizen taking place in a couple of weeks. The team went through an exercise and was able to make the determination that PST would be able to move into the current space at Circle Y. This is a great first step in reducing space and optimizing the flow of Circle Y value stream.
2. SDP. Execute Breakthrough Performance:
   TPM executed their first SDP meeting for 2024. A SWOT analysis for both TPM and TPMD was completed. The team is scheduled to meet next week to update the Go Forward Plans and build their X-Matrix.

Kaizen Promotion Office

Highlights

1. Derek Chunda accepted to join the KPO team. He will start next week.
2. The KPO team spent most of the week in KO executing standard work audits.
