Highlights
- The paint booth is nearing completion and on track to start running next week. The final steps are to load the primer and topcoat primer. Outside support from Sherwin Williams, Custom Chemical, and GEMA will be onsite to ensure a smooth start up.
- 6S progress is going well. The area on the East side of the building has seen great improvement removing the majority of the scrap and debris from the area.
- The sales team will be in Las Vegas through the 17th representing the brand at the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation consumer show. This the largest consumer stage to date for the brand to take part in. The new ONYX bed is on display for the first time. VOC is a focus of this show as well as consumer email collection.
Challenges
- The Blaster flaps need to be installed to reduce the amount of grit on the floor causing the area to be dirty and increasing the risk of slipping on the floor.
- Still no final projections from PTR. Our meeting next week will give us some direction.
